Payments for products purchased on almostincommon.com are accepted through Mollie.com.
All prices are in euro's.
Please note the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction made.
Shipping
Please allow between 1-6 days business days for ordering processing.
Once your order is shipped, we send you the track and trace.
Orders are shipped by post.nl Check www.postnl.nl for shipping time.
Almost In Common isn't responsible for any delays by postnl.
We offer worldwide shipping.
Orders who aren't collected at the local post office, or cannot be deliverd, will be automatically send again.
Shipping in the Netherlands is 7,50 euro.
For european orders shipping costs are 15,00 euro.
Shipping costs for orders outside Europe is 25,00 euro.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duty. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Exchanges and Returns
Our returns policy allows you to return non sale products unused for exhange or a refund.
Send an email to info@almostincommon.com within 14 days after receiving the package and let us know if you want to exchange or a refund, orders signed in for return after 14 days will not be accepted.
When you have contact us, please make sure you will send us the track and trace number from your returned package, orders send back after 14 days will not be accepted.
You will have to pay the return costs and is your responsibility until we have accept the package.
Once we've received your returned item(s), we will transfer the refund (ex shipping costs) within two weeks.
Exchanges are free, can only be done once each order.
Returns will only be accepted when items are unused, unwashed, with all Original labels attached and in the original packaging.
